BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

A few useful answers.

How can Saku EV help with EV cybersecurity?

We help scope vehicle and connected-platform risks, recommend protective controls and plan remediation for charging, fleet, software and access concerns. Any technical testing requires the owner’s written authorisation and an agreed scope with the appropriate specialists.

What does NEV mean?

NEV stands for New Energy Vehicle. Saku EV focuses primarily on battery electric vehicles, with plug-in hybrid and selected conventional hybrid diagnostic support subject to model coverage.

Which brands and models can you support?

We welcome enquiries across brands. Coverage is checked for the exact vehicle model, year, battery specification and software before we confirm a service or supply a component.

Can I request battery balancing or repair?

Yes. First we assess the complaint and battery condition. Balancing, pack opening or module replacement is accepted only when a suitable technical procedure, competent personnel and appropriate facilities are available.

How do quotations work?

Send your requirements and location. We confirm the scope and provide a quotation. Diagnostic work, parts, travel, installation and any warranty terms are set out for the specific engagement.

Can we cooperate outside Indonesia or Malaysia?

Yes. Manufacturers, distributors, workshops, fleets and institutions can contact us about market-specific needs, component supply, technical cooperation or a local pilot.
